Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of insurance.  Eligibility for insurance coverage will be determined at the time of application, based upon the insurer’s underwriting guidelines and rules in effect at that time.  The insurance products referenced in this website may be altered by the insurer at any time.  All insurance products are subject to terms, conditions and exclusions not described on this website. 

Permitted Uses and Users

Manley Insurance & Financial Services (“Agency”) provides the Manleyinsurance.COM^SM Web site (“Site”) without charge to the general public (“Users”) for the purpose of providing Users information about Agency, its services, and insurance services in general.  The Site may be used for that purpose only and not for any commercial purposes. 

Agreement to be Legally Bound by These Terms

By using the Site or downloading materials from the Site, you agree to abide and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, including any changes to these terms that are made by Agency and reflected in the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time you use the Site.  If you do not agree to abide and be legally bound by these Terms of Use do not use the Site or download Information from the Site.

Information Provided By You

Agency does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Agency via the Site. Location of Use and Choice of Law

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Agency from its offices within the State of New York, United States of America . Agency makes no representation that Information at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. The Site may not be used to sell insurance products in any state where Agency is not licensed to do business, AND agency hereby expressly disclaims any intent to advertise, sell or solicit the sale of any insurance or annuity products in any state other than New York .  You may not use the Site or export the Information in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations. If you access this Site from a location outside of the United States , you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

The laws of the State of New York , will govern these Terms and Conditions of use, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions that would direct the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. 

Relation to Other Agreements or Policies

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Agency and you with respect to your use of the Site. In addition, use of this Site is subject to all applicable policies relating to doing business with Agency, including but not limited to Agency’s Privacy Policy. 

Severability

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
